“Lorraine Way of the Language Way designs tailor-made language training programs that get the trainee speaking the new language immediately. Training focuses on the vocabulary, sentence structure and tenses needed by the trainee in their day to day work setting. Lorraine spends considerable time researching your sector and interviewing you ahead of time to understand the exact settings in which you need to speak and communicate in the foreign language. She continually adjusts, adds to and finds new materials to enrich the learning experience. 

Lorraine has high standards for herself and for her trainees but is also realistic with respect to the quantity and type of 'take home' work that busy employees are able to handle. 

In two 12-week sessions, I moved from basic Spanish to high intermediate level thanks to Lorraine and can now use Spanish in my work. I highly recommend her to individuals and employers.
