Learn how to communicate effectively, efficiently and safely with members of the Spanish-speaking community. Our recent programs for police officers have produced confident speakers who are actively using their Spanish to serve and protect the community increasing law enforcements' professionalism and its service to society.

Officers learn to:

Introduce themselves
Calm the victim
Inform the perpetrator of their rights
Gathering information about the incident

Gather information related to:

• Pedigree
• Family and living situation
• Information about the crime- What happened?
• Describe the perpetrator
• Safety and medical condition of the victim

Classes are taught in a highly interactive manner using role-play simulations re-enacting possible crime situations. Officers develop full language ability in using Spanish to partner with civilians.
