Beginner II’s and Beginner III’s learn to: Explain your role in the hospital, prepare the child and the parents for surgery, explain anesthesia, walk a child through procedures like: Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, MRI, etc. More advanced feelings are studied at these levels. Students also learn to make suggestions on how to help their child during their hospital stay.
